Thermocouples are very sensitive and require a good amplifier with a cold junction reference. We already have some digital thermocouple amplifiers in the shop, but now we are pleased to introduce an excellent analogue output amplifier. This sensor is very easy to use, and if your microcontroller has analogue inputs, you'll be up and running in no time!
The AD8495 K-type thermocouple amplifier from Analog Devices is so easy to use that we've documented everything on the back of the small PCB. Supply the board with 3-18VDC and measure the output voltage at the OUT pin. You can easily convert the voltage to temperature with the following equation: Temperature=(Vout - 1.25) / 0.005 V. For example, if the voltage is 1.5VDC, the temperature is (1.5 - 1.25) / 0.005=50°C.

Light comes into the dark with Adafruit NeoPixel

Adafruit Feather Boards: Powerful hardware in a compact format
With Adafruit Feather, the hardware specialist from the States also has various powerful development boards in its range, which are essentially equivalent to an Arduino in terms of function. All of these boards are equipped with similar features; among other things, the pin assignment is the same and there are also many parallels when it comes to the microcontrollers and the battery charging properties.
