Product information "Adafruit vibrating mini motor disc"
Two wires are used to control/power the vibe motor. Simply connect it to a battery or microcontroller pin (red is positive, blue is negative) and it will start humming. The rated voltage is 2.5 to 3.8V and for many projects we have found that it vibrates from 2V up to 5V, higher voltages result in higher current draw but also stronger vibration.
If you want to reduce the current draw/strength (e.g. to control it directly from an Arduino pin), try connecting a resistor (100 to 1000 ohms) in series. For full power control, a small PN2222 transistor can easily control a motor, a little experimentation may be required!

Light comes into the dark with Adafruit NeoPixel

Adafruit Feather Boards: Powerful hardware in a compact format
With Adafruit Feather, the hardware specialist from the States also has various powerful development boards in its range, which are essentially equivalent to an Arduino in terms of function.
