The AAmp is an analogue amplifier extension for some HiFiBerry boards. It is connected to your HiFiBerry DAC board and adds a 60 W analogue amplifier to it. Via a 12-20V power supply, it not only supplies the amplifier, but also the DAC and the Raspberry Pi.

You can use it with the following HiFiBerry boards that have the required analogue output connection:

DAC2 HD
DAC+ ADC
DAC+ ADC Pro

This is not a HAT that can be used standalone with the Raspberry Pi!
It is not connected directly to the Raspberry Pi, but requires an additional supported HiFiBerry DAC board.
