Kleine Einstiegshürde, am Ende aber das passende Produkt für den passenden Einsatzzweck!
Der Workaround hier (den ich erst nach Erhalt der Ware und dem Problem der Nichterreichbarkeit wahrgenommen habe) hat beim vorliegenden Switch (Ubiquiti US-8-60W-1) nur bedingt geholfen. Ich habe dann den Port auf dem Switch ebenfalls fest mit 100 Mbit/s Full-Duplex konfiguriert und damit funktioniert der PoE-Splitter nun wie gewünscht - hier sollte man ggf. den Hinweis im Shop einmal dahingehend erweitern. Ansonsten tut der Splitter nun, was er soll!

Funktioniert nicht an RPi4
Das Teil funktioniert überhaupt nicht an einem Rpi4! Auch mit dem abstellen der autonegation kommt keine Netzwerkverbindung zustande.
