Product information "seeed Grove - 433MHz Simple RF Link Kit"
This kit is used for unidirectional wireless communication at a frequency of 433 MHz and contains a transmitter module and a receiver module. The twig configuration of the kit enables a transmission distance of approx. 40 metres indoors or approx. 100 metres outdoors.
The kit uses ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying) as a modulation method in which the amplitude of the carrier signal is varied in order to transmit digital data. It is a pure one-way communication, which means that simple remote controls, alarms or automation systems can be realised, for example. Thanks to the SeeedGrove-compatible connection, the kit can be integrated directly into existing Grove systems and does not require complex wiring.
The use of the kit is particularly recommended for applications where wireless data transmission over medium distances is required without the need for bidirectional communication. Typical areas of application are remote-controlled devices, alarm systems and automation scenarios in the DIY or IoT sector.
The product consists of a receiver and a transmitter for realising a simple wireless communication system at 433 MHz. The receiver receives data via radio, while the transmitter transmits it. The signal is modulated using ASK. Communication is only possible in one direction.
